Privacy Policy

Information you submit. The quote form asks for your name, ZIP code, telephone number and the type of coverage you are asking about, and optionally an email address and a short note. It also records the consent you give, the page you sent the form from, the time of the request and a random request reference.

Technical information. Like any website, requests to this site pass through its host, which processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and the time of the request in order to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.

This website is hosted on Cloudflare. When you send the quote form, the site's code on Cloudflare does two things with your request, and nothing else:

1. It saves a record in a lead-tracking database hosted by Airtable. The database belongs to the licensed Florida insurance agent identified in the agent disclosure and is used only to keep track of quote requests and follow up on them. The record holds the fields listed above.
2. It sends an email notification through Cloudflare's email service to the agent's own inbox, with the same details.

Airtable and Cloudflare process this information as service providers to the agent, under their own security and privacy terms. The record stays in the database while your quote is being worked on and afterwards as a record of the request and the consent you gave, unless you ask for it to be deleted (see Your Choices below).

Cloudflare also processes the technical request data described above as the site's host. When you send the quote form, the host keeps a log entry for that request, such as the time, browser type and approximate network location, and the licensed agent who operates the site can review it for troubleshooting and security. These log entries do not contain the details you type into the form.

If you tick the consent box on the quote form, you agree that the licensed agent identified in the agent disclosure may call or text you at the number you provide about your quote request, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or ask to be removed on any call. You can also skip the form and call (772) 218-7676 yourself.

The form is designed to start a conversation, not to collect a full insurance application. Do not send sensitive documents or identity or financial details through it. If more detail is needed later, the agent will tell you how to send it.

This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect their information.
